1 Large Tomato
Small bunch cilantro
Few Mint leaves (Phowarilo)
2 whole Jalepenos or few Thai green chillies (discard if you don’t like hot)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Chop all the ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and its ready to serve.
Alternately, put all the ingredients in a food processor/blender and give it a whisk or two.
